Return Policy

RETURN WINDOW

You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. To start the process, log into your account and locate your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In perfect condition with all original tags attached
  • Items not meeting these conditions may be declined and returned to you

REFUND METHODS

Full-Price Items

  • Refunded to your original payment method

Sale Items

  • Refunded as store credit only

Final Sale Items

No returns, exchanges, or refunds for items from:

  • Sample Sales
  • Stock Clearance
  • ColorfulFriday Archive Sales
  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear items cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend carefully reviewing the size guide before making your purchase.

Return Shipping

  • We provide a prepaid return label
  • A 30€ will be deducted from your refund/store credit (3€ additional for each extra item)

Original Shipping

  • Original shipping charges for orders under 300€ are not refunded
  • We do not refund duties, taxes, or customs charges
  • CeliaB Co. LTD does not cover any customs fees

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Initiate Return: Log into your account and locate your order
  2. Package Items: Ensure items meet return conditions
  3. Ship: Use the provided return label
  4. Track: Keep your tracking number and proof of postage until processing is complete
  5. Processing: Once we receive your package in perfect condition, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days

International Orders

From EU:
We can provide you with a return label to drop off at a DHL collection point to ship the products back to Spain. For this service, 30€ will be deducted from your refund/voucher (3€ additional for each extra item).

National Orders

Spain: We will provide you with the return label to drop off at a DHL pick-up point the cost of the return label (€10) will be deducted from the refund and/or voucher. (2€ additional for each extra item)

Once we receive the package in perfect conditions, our team will process the refund. This process can take 3-5 working days.

Our warehouses are located in Shanghai and Spain. Orders from Europe are shipped from our warehouse in Spain and the rest of the world from Shanghai. Returns for the US will be managed locally.

The original shipping charge for online orders under 300€ is not refunded.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, or any duties or taxes incurred. The return shipping charge to our warehouse are at your own cost. CeliaB Co. LTD will not cover any customs charges. 

Please ensure that you keep a note of your tracking and proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

Returns for discounted styles

Items on SALE or past collections are not refundable, if you would like to return a discounted item, you will receive STORE CREDIT for a future purchase. Take into consideration that shipping fees and discount applied on the initial order will be deducted from the value of the coupon.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear items cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend carefully reviewing the size guide before making your purchase.
